The Rockford Area Arts Council was in need of a website that could walk the line between artistic and functional. As a non-for-profit organization making the arts accessible to everyone in the community, they both represented the arts, and at the same time need to communicate large amounts of information to donors, artists, and students. They were looking for a way to communicate events, create artists profile pages, and make donation transactions take place securely and with ease. Finally, accessibility and translation features were required for the website.
